List all pane-section mappings

Retrieves a list of all pane-section mappings with optional filtering.

Creates a new pane-section mapping based on the combination of product code, event code, business application, and customer segment.

updates an existing one based on the combination of product code, event code, business application, and customer segment.

Deletes a pane-section mapping by its unique identifier. **Note:** Mapping can only be deleted if it's not referenced by field definitions.
